What I Eat In A Day
Upon Awakening/Pre-workout – 4:00 a.m.
- 18 oz. Water Bottle:
- Advocare Spark (Grape flavor):
- Blender Bottle Shaker Cup (Pink):
During Workout – 4:15 to 5:30/6:00
It varies according to what workout routine I do
- 18 oz. water:
- Lemon Ginger Detox
Post-workout
- BCAA w/ Glutamine (several flavors) I have tried Tropical Punch and Sour Grape:
- Blender Bottle Shaker Cup (Purple):
- Coffee (Foldgers):
- Stevia Packets:
- Coffee Mugs Anthropology + Amazon
Meal 1 – Immediately following workout
- Cream of Rice:
- 4 Egg Whites from Pasture Raised Eggs:
Meal 2
- Wild Alaskan Salmon from ButcherBox
- Asparagus Spears (6)
- Spinach – steamed (2 cups)
Meal 3
- Chicken Breast from ButcherBox (4 oz)
- Asparagus Spears
- Cucumber Slices (12)
Meal 4
- Tuna Packet or Canned (3 oz.):
- Roasted Red Pepper (1/3 c.):
- Avocado (1/2)
Meal 5
- Applesauce Protein Pancakes: Made with 1 scoop protein powder, 4 egg whites and 1/3 c. applesauce
- Beverly International Protein Powder (Cookies & Cream)
- Applesauce (Unsweetened)
Meal 6
I don’t always get this meal in. It depends on if I am feeling hungry and/or how late it is.
- Tuna Packet or canned
- Cucumber Slices (6)
