What I Eat In A Day

Upon Awakening/Pre-workout – 4:00 a.m.

  • 18 oz. Water Bottle: 
  • Advocare Spark (Grape flavor):
  • Blender Bottle Shaker Cup (Pink):

During Workout – 4:15 to 5:30/6:00

It varies according to what workout routine I do

  • 18 oz. water:
  • Lemon Ginger Detox

Post-workout

  • BCAA w/ Glutamine (several flavors) I have tried Tropical Punch and Sour Grape:
  • Blender Bottle Shaker Cup (Purple): 
  • Coffee (Foldgers):
  • Stevia Packets:
  • Coffee Mugs Anthropology + Amazon

Meal 1 – Immediately following workout

  • Cream of Rice:
  • 4 Egg Whites from Pasture Raised Eggs:

Meal 2

  • Wild Alaskan Salmon from ButcherBox
  • Asparagus Spears (6)
  • Spinach – steamed (2 cups)

Meal 3

  • Chicken Breast from ButcherBox (4 oz)
  • Asparagus Spears
  • Cucumber Slices (12)

Meal 4

  • Tuna Packet or Canned (3 oz.):
  • Roasted Red Pepper (1/3 c.):
  • Avocado (1/2)

Meal 5

  • Applesauce Protein Pancakes: Made with 1 scoop protein powder, 4 egg whites and 1/3 c. applesauce
  • Beverly International Protein Powder (Cookies & Cream)
  • Applesauce (Unsweetened)

Meal 6

I don’t always get this meal in. It depends on if I am feeling hungry and/or how late it is.

  • Tuna Packet or canned
  • Cucumber Slices (6)
