I hope you found this post to be motivating and inspiring. Let me know if any of these style tips make a difference for you. Also, If you would like me to elaborate in a future blog post, on any of these steps mentioned above, please comment below. While writing this post, many times I had to take a step back and say, “Tracy, that is a whole blog post in itself!” “Leave it where it’s at!” That being said, your feedback is a ‘useful’ tool for me when I consider the content I am going to create in future blog posts. Be sure to check out my past blog posts, where I give other fashion tips to flatter your body.

I have been considering getting a nude lip color. Something kept holding me back. I had visions of the cuteness of nude and white lips by Yardley during my Jr High days when I adored Twiggy. I am 61 and have never stopped wanting to look & feel my best. However, my instinct told me the nude lip might not be as fab for me as it used to be. Tracy, your writing has timeless implications for all ages. Many thanks for boosting us all to a better level.

Lucy, I had a little chuckle reading this! Twiggy … lol …Oh, the visions of Jr High!!. When I was in early HS … ALL the girls wore the same ‘Bright Barbie Pink’ lipstick by Wet n’ Wild, and believe it or not …it looked fantastic on everyone (at that time). So funny, looking back! People often think ‘nude’ lips are natural …but they are anything but natural, they are a real statement! Natural would be our REAL lipcolor … which is by no means nude, but rather a pinky color. I think nude works well as we get older if the rest of the makeup has color. The point is ‘color’ gives life to the face. In my opinion, especially as we get older, bringing LIFE to the face is very flattering and youthful! The ‘CONCEALER’ lips is not flattering on anyone, in my opinion! Thank you so much for your comment, Lucy! I love your sharing …it’s a day brightener! xo

I have been in love with that sweater since your first IG post! I wish I would’ve been able to grab it when they had them in stock. The outfit is adorable! 🙂

Thanks Cristi! I wish it was still available, as well. I searched long and hard for a good dupe …. but this color is not a common one.
