OUTFIT DETAILS

Check out the blog post, here to see the full body look of the dress that I am wearing in this video. Also, here to see the dress, again … along with pictures of my husband and how he dressed to accent my look

DRESS: Nordstrom or Revolve ( I ordered a AUS 10/US 6 – Small) PERFECT!!!

BRA: The back of this dress is open. I had my seamstress sew in bra pad inserts. Lift is not an issue for me. However, I do require coverage. I highly recommend everyone does this. It makes for much better appearance. Very polished. No drooping.

SHAPEWEAR: Nordstrom / Nordstrom / Nordstrom Always wear shape wear. Yes, you need them!!!

Hello there! Just finishing watching this video on etiquette and I agree 100% in all points except one! When a group of women is talking about someone else, it’s not good for me to nod, it’s better if I say “can we change the subject”. It’s never fair to participate in gossip while the person they are gossiping about is not there to defend him/herself.

Let me explain: I was in that situation once. It turned out, the woman those ladies were spoken about was in the other room and heard it all.

When she called me to confront me, in my own self righteousness I said I didn’t said a word about her. Her replied really put me to shame: “you neither defended me nor stopped them”. That was an aha moment for me.

Luckily, I learned my lesson and she and I remain friends after my heartfelt apology and her forgiveness. So my “can we please change the subject. I will ask the same thing if one of you were in her shoes” has really achieved great results and everyone obliges… unless they talk about me the minute I turned my back!!!! Lol
